I was speechless when I walked into the McLean house of Estates of Sunnybrook. Lu is a designer and her skills and attention to detail were clearly demonstrated through the wedding. I especially loved the placement of the wedding cake, at the bottom and middle of the spiral staircase, it definitely was the perfect spot to showcase it.
We did Lu and Ivan's engagement photos at Parkwood Estate in Oshawa aka the X-Men mansion, aka the Billy Maddison mansion. The feel and vibe of the shoot carried over to the wedding at the Estates of Sunnybrook.
Lu and Ivan had a number of very memorable parts to their wedding, including an intimate first look, a bubble entrance and exit (partly inspired by Amanda and Greg's wedding), a beautifully choreographed first dance and a sparkler exit.
